TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Physical condition.
Our canyoning trips adapt to anyone in good physical condition. You don't have to be a trained athlete.
Our climbing trips adapt to anyone in good physical condition with confidence at heights. You don't have to be a climber.
Talk to your guide if you have any questions. They will take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety.
2. Canyoning - canyoning
On weather alert days or by guide decision due to safety factors, it may result in the cancellation, modification or variation of your canyoning trip.
3. Minimum age
There are minimum age guidelines for each activity. However, it is more important that children are confident and fit appropriately with our relevant team.
The minimum ages are as follows:
Canyoning - 8
Climbing - 4
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children under the age of 18 must have the signed consent of the parents or guardians. A parent / guardian must sign our waiver on behalf of the minor participant (under the age of 18) at check-in.
Four.
Do not use alcohol or drugs before your excursion. In case of doubt and for security reasons, we reserve the right to refuse any person to participate in our activity.
5. Participant's participation obligations, participation conditions.
For all canyoning and climbing experiences, good health is a prerequisite. It is the participant's obligation to inform the operator of any health problem. Under no circumstances can you participate under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any other psychochemical that is equally debilitating.
Our health and safety policy does not allow us to transport people who:
They are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Are pregnant
Do not mount the supplied equipment
Weigh more than 120kg (you may have to weigh it before the trip leaves)
You have a medical or health condition that may be affected by this activity.
5.1. Cameras
Handheld cameras or other portable recording devices cannot be carried into the canyons during our canyoning trips for safety reasons.
The Go Pro or similar mounted on the helmet or chest may be subject to acceptance of the specific terms and conditions related to its use.

5.2. Obligations
The client is obliged to comply with the participation conditions and strictly follow the instructions of the operator, the adventure guide or other personnel.
Failure to comply with the instructions or conditions for participation in the activity may lead the operator to be excluded from the activity by the operator. When the exclusion of the activity occurs before the activity, the cancellation conditions in accordance with clauses 9, 9.1 and 9.2 are valid. After the start of the activity, a refund is at the discretion of the operator. If the weather conditions do not allow the trip to take place, the participant has the right to change the trip at a later date or the trip fee will be refunded excluding other claims.
7. Reservations
You can book directly with Adrenalinetenerife.com or through any booking agent. With your reservation, you accept the general conditions of the contract as a component of the contract between you and the operator.
When booking a group of seven or more people, we require confirmation of the numbers and payment of the group no later than seven days before the trip. If groups of seven or more cancel the seven-day policy, a full refund will be issued.
8. Minimum number of participants.
With all activities, a minimum number of paying participants is required. If the minimum number is not reached, the operator can cancel the activity and a full refund will be made.
9. Payment / cancellation conditions
Full payment must be made to Adrenaline Adventure or the booking agent before doing the activity.
Cancellation by your EXTERNAL party within 7 days of the departure time of the trip: a FULL refund must be made
Cancellation by you on the day of the scheduled activity / no show - NO refund due
In the event of an illness reported on the day of the scheduled activity, a doctor's note is required for a FULL refund.
Disclosure: Adventure activities involve a risk of serious harm or death. Customers should know that Adrenaline Adventure cannot guarantee customer safety. Travel may be physically and mentally necessary and requires clients to feel comfortable and safe when moving over rough and possibly slippery terrain, being in the water and dealing with heights. Clients should follow the instructions in the guide at all times and understand that this is critical to their safety and that of the group.
